FAQs and important terms and conditions

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the Snow Tour?

To receive the discounted student rate, you must have a valid student ID card. If you are not a student, you will need to pay an additional $120 for the non-student rate.

If you are a student under the age of 18, you can still attend the Snow Tour; you will need to have your parent or legal guardian sign a consent form.

I am not an SCU student, can I still come on the Snow Tour?

You can join the tour if you are attending with a currently enrolled SCU student (i.e. if they are your partner/friend/family member). Please note, we give priority to currently enrolled SCU students, with this in mind if the Tour over-sells by the due date of the deposit (1 May, 2020), non-students may lose their spot but will be given a full refund of any money paid. Therefore non-students spots on the tour are not confirmed until after 1 May 2020.

It says that tickets are no longer available, what do I do?

Once all spots are taken, we will open a waitlist. If you are interested in going on the Snow Tour please register on the waitlist and if any spots open up, we will offer you a spot (as a first in, first served basis; students are prioritised).

The name on my registration/ticket doesn't match the name on my passport. Is that okay?

The name on your Eventbrite registration MUST match the name on your passport. If you have made an error in your registration, please contact UniLife as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the participant ensure their details are correct, and any discrepancies, specifically in the name, date of birth and passport number may impact your flight details.
